The passion for the SEA was there since the early years. Back in 1995 NAUTIMAR MARINE was registered so as in most such cases, the hobby became a business. Boats and yachts ranging from small runabouts to larger, 30+ meter yachts were part of the portfolio of sales & refits/rebuilds. In cases, full project management was provided and acted as owner's representative in projects from western Europe to S.E.Asia. The background in Industrial & Systems Engineering along with the passion on anything "boats" which transformed from a hobby to business almost 2 decades ago has proven successful.

In the early years, the involvement in the manufacturing industry was when it all begun. As partner in the leader cabinetry builder and only exporter, back in 1988-1994, processes were re-engineered and products were redesigned. The CAD/CAM system was introduced and latest tech CNC machinery were installed.

Interior finishing, office space design and property development were also part of the side activities that spanned from 1988-2000, as is property management till now.
