I managed all the construction projects for Lis Cara Partnership from planning to completion. I was responsible selecting and appointing the design team, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors. I was responsible for ensuring that all projects were completed on time, to budget. I was also responsible for meeting with the end users and ensuring that their requirements were addressed. I was an Equty Partner in Churchtown Partnership with 1/3 equity in all projects completed under this company.

The projects included
The construction and fit-out of the Ballymun Civic Offices. Contract value €60 million. High rise Residential development concurrent with the Civic Offices, value €17 million. These projects were design, build & finance.
€40 million extension to the Abbott Ireland facility in Cootehill, Co. Cavan. This project doubled the production capacity of the baby milk powder production facility without any down time to the existing plant. The projects were highly serviced and had ultra high finishes.

I managed a number of mid sized projects and a couple of large complex highly serviced projects during my time with P.J. Hegarty's. I managed the construction of Naas Hospital Extension (€40 million), the construction and fit-out of a large city centre commercial/retail & residential developement. Project Value €50 million. I also managed the setting up of the Galway Regional office.
