The Undergraduate Awards were established to identify recognise and reward the brightest undergraduates on the island of Ireland.
· Successfully established UA as the leading undergraduate awards programme in Ireland. Measures of success include; large number of student submissions, awards presented by President McAleese and recognition by print media.
· Canvassed, lobbied and secured financial and in-kind support from founding partners (including Google, The Irish Times, Higher Education Authority)
· Highlights included introducing Senator Chris Dodd and Sir Peter Sutherland as keynote speakers at UA events.

Clearwater Group Hungary
January 2003 – Present (10 years 5 months)
Clearwater Group was established to develop high quality residential property in Eastern European cities.
· Successfully completed the acquisition, planning and permitting for four developments and the construction of two of these developments.
· Assembled a network of professionals, local government officials and political supporters, built a core team including an architect, engineer, acquisition agent and project manager.
· Identified suitable development projects, successfully managed site acquisition negotiations.
· Prepared necessary investor documentation and led a successful fund-raising round.
· Successfully completed development of the first block of six apartments through a sub-contractor.
· Managed takeover of sub-contractor’s construction firm during second project, appointed a project manager and team leader to lead construction work. Project was completed.

MiCandidate was established to put information on all candidates running in an election in one place online, and to
facilitate interaction between candidates and voters.
· Successfully launched MiCandidate for the European elections in May ’09, attracting over 100,000 page views on its first day and over 1,000,000 over the election campaign.
· Led the team that negotiated and completed media integration deals with blue chip media organisations (including Euronews, The Telegraph, The Independent, RTBF – Belgian State Broadcaster).
· Managed the communications team that ensured MiCandidate was covered by every Irish newspaper on launch day.
· Led the direct sales team that converted over ten percent (250+) of the Irish local election candidates to paid profiles within four weeks of launch.
· Exited to two investing partners. Co-founded with Paddy Cosgrave.
· MiCandidate has now become iCitizen and is expanding its offering to European broadcaste
