  John Wall, FCCA, has been VP of Worldwide Revenue Accounting for Cadence Design Systems since the beginning of 2004. John has also served as the VP of Finance and Operations for Cadence EMEA since September, 2005.
  John started with Cadence in 1997, when he established the first Cadence office in Ireland. He then served as European Controller before transferring to Cadence's Corporate HQ in San Jose, California, where John assumed the lead role in global revenue accounting from the beginning of 2004. During his time at our Corporate HQ, John deputized as Corporate Controller and created the Cadence eDA Gold card and eDA Platinum card software licensing models through which Cadence subsequently generated over $1bn of sales before the end of 2007. Prior to joining Cadence and entering the EDA industry, John spent 7 years with Venture Fleet Services Ltd. in London, UK, where he served as Financial Controller.
