Quantum Despatch has developed a software package in Clipper for the “Same Day" Courier Industry, and is the market leader in it’s chosen niche. My Duties with Quantum Despatch are two folds, to provide an excellent level of support for the company’s customers, and also to be a senior programmer in the further development/enhancement of the company's software products.
Supporting Quantum Despatch’s customers involved supporting the application suite under a range of platforms, including Novel and Windows NT and also migrating our applications from Novel to Windows NT Server. Workstations used included those operating under MS-DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95 and Windows NT. I was also responsible for Quantum’s Y2K and Euro-Conversion development.

The Big Red Book Company has developed a bookkeeping package in Clipper for small businesses. My Duties were to develop/enhance the product, and to provide support for the users of the product.
