Eimear Ryan’s Summary
23-year-old journalist, designer and fiction writer.
Journalism published in over ten different titles and broadcast on RTE. Experience of subediting and laying out a weekly magazine. Extensive newsroom experience in RTE, Irish Times and Irish Independent. Heavy involvement in student journalism at DCU. My short fiction has been published in the Sunday Tribune and will feature in a forthcoming issue of the Stinging Fly. I am the most recent winner of the Hennessy XO Literary Award for First Fiction.
