I lecture on the European MSc in Business Informatics Programme in Dublin City University. The subject taught is Legal Regulation for Information Systems, which encompasses topics such as Sarbox, Basel II compliance, Data Protection and non-statutory liability for failures in Information Quality arising from failures in Information Systems and processes.
I developed the Module Descriptor and syllabus for this course.

I lead project to design and implement Single View of Customer platform which integrated with multiple on-line and batch source systems.
I had responsibility for the end to end management of the project. This included preliminary scoping and requirements management for interfaces to and from customer touch points (call centre and web) encompassing multiple systems platforms up to final system acceptance testing and post-deployment support.
I was also heavily involved in assessing and identifying potential future improvements to the SVC platform and architeture in the areas of Information/Data Modelling, Information Processes and Information Quality.
